- Please send URLs instead of large attachments (over 100k) unless I've asked for them.
- Don't send "funnies", even if we're friends.
- Unless we're friends, don't ask for tech support - if you need help with FlickrExport or Xjournal, contact through Connected Flow channels.

- I don't list my phone number on the web, but I'll probably give it to you via email
- I really do use my voicemail, so please leave messages. Merlin shows you how.
- Leave an email address in voicemail messages - I can't always call back.
- Postal Mail
- Again, not on the web, but email and ask.
- Instant Message
- I'm "fraserspeirs" on AIM, but my security level is "buddy list only". Email and I'll add you.
